client: The feedback that i was give was positive feedback and i was impressed and happy abut it because it was what i wanted to hear i was told that my advert was clear of what the message was which was pass it on.in my advert i added in fast motion to make some parts skips by very quickly so that its not to slow and that its not boring to watch i did this for most parts but i was told that there was other places that i could of added it in to to keep the flow of the advert because i was told that it almost became a them to the advert and i was told that at the ending of my edit i didn't really fit the quote 'random act of kindness" "pass it on" properly it was not in the middle of the page and some part where cutting off.
Target audience: 16-25 year olds.
Peers: my feedback from my peers was very useful and handy and i was given a lot of positive feedback,i was told that one of my strengths were the music that was added and how it flowed along with the edit, in my editing i used fast motion in my edit so that i could add parts in but then make it a lot faster so that it snot boring to watch and that it keeps the audience attention and entertain them aswell.i also was told that the idea i picked wen very well and made the meassge of the ass it on very clear, they knew the purpose of the advert which was my intentions and it came acros them really well.
How successful was your advert fulfilling the brief according to their feedback?
Self evaluation
What are the 3 technical strengths of your advert and why?
1 A good technique that i added in my advert is the editing because it contained a lot of techniques such as a shot revers shot because in y advert i had two people talking and i wanted it to look as if the were having a conversation so it looked as if hey were looking at each other and speaking to each other.
2 Another technique i added was continuity so that my advert flowed and made sense, i also used 180 degree rule to show where a specific character is going and is on the same side of the screen by using this technique it wont confuse the audience and they will know whats going on and wont get confused.
What was strong/needs improving and why?
What i think went personally well on my advert is that i meet what the brief required such as i made sure that it looked professional and that it was high budget.I used a really good camera quality and the way i framed it also along with the way that i edited so that it looked good and that it flows along with the beat.an improvement that i think i should of done was do beat editing so that when the beat drops the scene of something thats happening changes along with it or if it starts of slow, the whole it should all go along with it but then if a beat was to drop it should cut to the past of it.
I made sure i shot enough footage to make some interest and that the audience will like what they see although the advert had to be around 30m seconds what i wanted to add in to my advert was a lot to make it 30 seconds. This is the reason why i made sure i added techniques like fast forward so that it doesn't last to long for an advert.
I also wanted to make sure that i told the story well and that it flowed.i made sure the techniques i added were viral buzz.
